Back from Warsaw – eTrade Show & a bit more
Just got back from Poland after visiting the eTrade Show in Warsaw, January 28–30.
And honestly – Poland surprised me in the best way.
The old town streets still had that post-Christmas magic, lights still on, and the city had a cozy, festive vibe that really lifted the mood. Beyond the event itself, it was a great opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces from Kevin. and meet new potential partners.
Now, to be fair – the eTrade Show itself isn’t something I’d necessarily visit again. But the trip was absolutely worth it for one simple reason: connections.
A small “life hack” I discovered – if you want to start building business relationships in Poland, just go there. Seriously. I messaged and called a few people saying “I’m in Warsaw, let’s grab a coffee” – and most were happy to meet in person. That face-to-face time made all the difference.
So if Poland is on your fintech/business radar, don’t wait.
Go. Spend some time there. Doors tend to open faster when you’re already standing in front of them.
